Review before sending

Prepare customer replies and quotations for an authorised person to review. Sending requires approval of the exact draft and recipients.

Connecting a Google account

Google sign-in identifies an authorised user. A separate Gmail connection lets the Hub read selected business messages and send replies approved by the operator. The Gmail connection requests read and send access; it does not request permission to delete messages.
