Terms of Use

The Operations Hub is a private business application operated by Goodear Entertainment. It supports authorised staff in managing enquiries, event work and customer communications.

Authorised use

Use the Hub only with permission from its administrator and within the access assigned to you. Protect your account and device, and do not share authentication credentials or attempt to access another person's restricted information.

Google connections

Connect only a Google account you are authorised to use for the relevant business work. Sign-in and Gmail access are separate functions. Google access is limited to the permissions granted for the selected function and can be revoked in your Google Account.

Review and approval

Check source information, recipients, pricing and factual details before approving a customer reply or other business action. An AI-generated suggestion or draft is not a verified fact or an approval. The Hub's records do not by themselves establish an invoice, confirmed payment, booking or contractual commitment.

Business records and customer agreements

Keep records accurate and preserve the source of important decisions. Customer bookings, quotations, invoices and payments remain subject to the relevant separately agreed terms and authorised business processes. These application-use terms do not replace those agreements.
